The conference has secured a few different options to suit most budgets and options, from hotel rooms to apartments. All within working distance or short tram ride. We have tried to cover all dates but if you would like to come early or stay after and the dates are not available please email the Conference Secretariat at event@pix.au. To access these rates please book when you are registering.
Please note that cancellation is permitted up to 30 days prior to check-in and cancellations after this is at the discretion of the hotels. All changes are required to be made in writing to event@pix.au. Full pre-payment is required 45 days prior to arrival.
WARNING: FRAUDULENT WEBSITES AND BOOKING AGENCIES
The conference industry is confronted with an increasing number of fraudulent websites that impersonate legitimate conference websites and booking agencies that are not authorised to make bookings for conference participants. KAM Events wishes to advise the Food with Purpose 2024. PIX, AMC, and APL Conference participants should be aware of possible scams and urge all participants to use only the official conference website. KAM Events is the only official accommodation agency for the Food with Purpose 2024, PIX, AMC, and APL Conference. If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering accommodation for the conference, please keep in mind that these companies are not authorised to represent the Conference in any way, nor do they have access to the officially contracted room blocks or rates. Imitation sites and agencies invite meeting participants to supply their personal details, including credit card information, in return for a promise to provide travel and accommodation. Please be aware that these unauthorised companies might not deliver what they promise, and in fact, may not deliver anything to the conference participant at all despite charging the credit card.
